St. Louis-Havana Deal: Alvarez for Ricketts Thursday, August 1st , 2047 In a hastily called press conference, St. Louis announced today a trade with Havana that will send 21-year old minor league LHP Zack Alvarez, 23-year old minor league LHP John Charles, and 20-year old minor league LHP Alex Garcia to the Sugar Kings in exchange for 28-year old RHP Mike Ricketts and 18-year old minor league RHP Jayden Johnson. All players are expected to be in their respective new cities in time for today's games. For the year, Ricketts has a 6-9 record with a 5.01 ERA in 20 starts. |
