Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Wednesday, April 26th , 2051 If there wasn't a history between John Baccari of Brooklyn and Josh Kern of Arizona, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 4 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Baccari said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." Baccari's current batting average stands at .333 and he has chalked up 1 home run and 4 RBIs. |
