Oscar Neira turning heads with a major uptick in velocity Tuesday, March 16th , 2049 This offseason, Oscar Neira took his game to another level by achieving a significant increase in his pitching velocity. After spending months fine-tuning his mechanics and focusing on explosive strength, Neira has emerged with a noticeable bump in speed, positioning him for a strong year with the Long Island Ducks organization. Working closely with the team's performance staff, Oscar Neira revamped his training regimen, focusing on building power from the ground up. Through targeted strength training, mobility work, and explosive movement drills, he was able to speed up his delivery and add torque. The results?
