Deere Launches Number 300 Wednesday, April 3rd , 2052 The Brooklyn Knights had something to celebrate today even though they dropped a 8-2 decision to Los Angeles. The reason -- the splendid slugger Josh Deere hit his 300th career homer in today's contest at Sportsman's Park. "I'm fortunate to be here," Deere told the media after the game. "The Knights have a classy organization and some great fans. Homer #300 was for them." In his career, Deere has hit for a .297 average and totaled 1328 hits, 300 home runs and 922 RBIs.
