Over the offseason, Nick Taylor, took a different approach to his training—focusing on building strength and durability to withstand the long MLB season. After dealing with injury scares in previous years, Nick Taylor spent the winter at the team's practice facility, working closely with training staff to enhance his resilience.
Staff designed a new regimen for him, which included a mix of weight training, mobility exercises, and injury prevention drills. A special emphasis was placed on strengthening his core and improving his overall flexibility. As he progressed, they were able to further tailor the program to fit his needs, allowing him to maximize his effort.
By the time he concluded the program, Nick Taylor said he felt stronger, faster, and more prepared to handle the physical demands of the season. "It’s about building a foundation that will carry me through the year," he said.
