August's Premier FL Rookie Named Sunday, September 1st , 2052 Alex Harper of the St. Louis Archies was good, solid and consistent on the mound this month. He fashioned a fine 3-0 won-lost mark and 2.57 ERA in 0 starts to get the Federation League Rookie of the Month honors. Harper had a very impressive August, finishing with 15 strikeouts in 14 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .196 average. Running the numbers on Harper for the year, he has made 32 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 4-0 won-lost mark with a 3.22 ERA.
