Georgi July's Best Bat Choice Thursday, August 1st , 2052 Phil Georgi, the Waikiki third baseman, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .387 batting average with 36 hits, 5 home runs, 14 RBIs and scored 20 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Federation League Batter of the Month honors for July.
