Hernandez Awarded July's AL Top Bat Prize Thursday, August 1st , 2052 Even though he is a newcomer to The Confederation of Baseball Dunces, Mario Hernandez put up some good numbers in July and earned the AL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Detroit's offensive leaders with a .387 average in 25 games. He also racked up 7 home runs, 22 RBIs, and 25 runs scored. For the year, Hernandez has hit .274 with 19 home runs, 61 RBIs and scored 59 runs. |
