Frazier Wins FL Best Player Award Monday, July 29th , 2052 23-year-old Mike Frazier sent shock waves through The Confederation of Baseball Dunces last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Federation League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Frazier made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .400 average, 10 hits in 25 at-bats, 4 home runs and 7 RBI. Where the Waikiki Wayfinders second baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Frazier certainly made his mark last week. Frazier is hitting .253 this year with 10 home runs and 45 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .340, 44 walks and scored 34 times. |
