League Suspends Dublin 1B Hamilton Wednesday, July 24th , 2052 Pat Hamilton of the Dublin Porters was suspended for 3 games today by the league office for "inappropriate actions" during a game against Waikiki yesterday. He was ejected for arguing a call after he struck out on a called third strike. His manager had to physically restrain the Porters first baseman. "You get caught up in the situation, emotions. No grudges, you move on," Hamilton said in the clubhouse today, while talking to reporters about the suspension. This season, Hamilton is hitting .245 with 9 home runs. |
