Buffalo Gets 9-8 Win
With first baseman Matt Nagy leading the charge, the Buffalo Buffalo defeated the Brooklyn Knights, 9-8, at Brooklyn Coliseum. Nagy, who finished 3rd in the AL in home runs with 44 in 2046, went 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Randy Nelson recorded the save, his 3rd. The Knights fall to 5-7 and continue to sputter in the early going.

Buffalo used the hitting of Emilio Nin to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Buffalo on top, 9-8. For the game, Nin had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
