Super Volcano Get Clutch Win Versus Buffalo
The Yellowstone Super Volcano and Buffalo Buffalo played an entertaining game for The Greenhouse patrons.

The Buffalo Buffalo got a superb performance from pitcher Jimmy Miller, but the Yellowstone Super Volcano still won the game, 4-3. Miller threw 7.2 innings of 4-hit ball. The winning pitcher was Justin Kowalick. His record now stands at 1-1. The right-hander went 7 innings, allowing 3 runs on 8 hits for the Super Volcano. Art Madsen closed it out for his 1st save.

Yellowstone used the clutch hitting of Justin Trovato to snag the win. The first baseman drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Super Volcano ahead, 4-3. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Trovato told reporters after the game.

The loss drops Buffalo to 2-9.
