Feltes Leads Buffalo to 9-1 Win
|
The Buffalo Buffalo picked up a win at Sportsman's Park, knocking off the Los Angeles Kings, 9-1. On the mound for Buffalo was right-hander Kevin Feltes. He played a key role in the triumph. The Buffalo, at 49-33, have now won 4 straight.
Feltes kept the Kings under his thumb. He scattered 2 hits over 7.1 innings, while striking out 8. The right-hander upped his season record to 11-4.
"The only difference is executing pitches and not executing pitches," said Feltes. "When you don't execute, you get beat. When you execute, you usually give your team a chance to win."
