Joe Seelye was the difference-maker for the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs in what turned into a shootout with the Osaka Takoyaki. Seelye, who finished 4th in the FL in stolen bases with 33 in 2049, went 2-for-3 in the 11-10 Blueberry Bulldogs win. The win makes Sudbury 43-36.

The game reached a climactic end in the bottom of the ninth. With Sudbury trailing 10-9, Hugo Cabrera delivered the decisive blow, stroking a fastball from Daniel Forsyth for a 2-run double. Ballgame.

"This place was electric at the end," Seelye said.
