The Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs overcame a pretty good performance by Dublin right fielder Gabriel Macias, beating the Porters, 6-2, at Bulldogs Ballpark. Macias went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. The winner was Luis Espinoza, who threw 107 pitches over 5 innings. The right-hander was charged with 2 runs on 7 hits. Sudbury is now 44-34, while Dublin is 37-41.

Hugo Cabrera, the Sudbury first baseman, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth inning to make the score 3-1, Blueberry Bulldogs. For the game, Cabrera went 2-4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI.
