The Arizona Desert Storm and the Dublin Porters will take the Divisional Series to a decisive 5th game. In a must-win situation, the Desert Storm beat the Porters, 5-4, at Porters Ballpark to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Arizona right-hander Ron Cook had a big role in the win. He threw 7.1 innings of 3-hit ball.

Cook gave Arizona a solid start. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 7.1 innings.

"Ron's as tough as he is talented," said Arizona manager GM Fetty.

The next game is set to be played for Monday, October 11th , 2049 at Desert Storm Stadium in Regina.
