Nephi Advances to Round 3
By a score of 5-0, the Nephi Threshers have sealed a victory in the Round 2 over the Eugene Exploding Whales.

"We knew we would be in for a tough series and that's what we got," said shortstop Ultan Fay of the Threshers, who was named the series MVP. "The Exploding Whales knew how to battle and gave us a good test."

The next test for Nephi will come in the Round 3, after winning this series 4-1.

The Nephi Threshers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Sarasota Sweeties - Kinsale Fisherman series. Kinsale leads the series 3 games to 1. The Round 3 schedule will be announced after the Round 2 finishes.
