The Portland Beavers electrified the crowd with a walk-off win.

The Portland Beavers clipped the Brooklyn Knights, 4-3, in 10 innings at Beavers Park. The standout performance belonged to Portland pitcher and Maracaibo, Venezuela, native Paolo Ferrari. The win was credited to four-time All-Star Andy Buhrke in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Tanner Denny took the loss.

The Beavers got a clutch hit from center fielder Matt Lamons. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Beavers.

"Baseball is such a beautiful game," said Lamons. "Anything can happen on any night, and that's why you don't dwell on what happened yesterday. Just look forward and trust you're going to have positive results."

Brooklyn has now lost 5 in a row.
