Brooklyn Knights starter Ray Totino pitched a strong game against the Portland Beavers at Beavers Park, leading the Knights to victory, 5-4. John MacMullen, credited with the save, is now 3 for 3 in save opportunities. The Knights improved their record to 41-24 with the win over Portland.

Danny White came through with a big-time hit for Brooklyn. The shortstop smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to give his team the lead, 2-1. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
