The Hanoi Dragon Warriors picked up a win at Sportsman's Park, knocking off the Los Angeles Kings, 4-2. Starting pitcher Aaron Wierzba played a key role in the triumph. Landon Paulick picked up the save for Hanoi, his 11th of the year.

Danny Kelley, who finished 5th in the AL in wins above replacement with 5.9 in 2046, had a direct impact on the outcome. Kelley contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put Hanoi up, 4-2.

In postgame remarks, Wierzba applauded his team's "resolve."
