Nagy, Buffalo Too Much for Archies
The Buffalo Buffalo beat the St. Louis Archies, 10-4, at The Greenhouse. Matt Nagy, who finished 4th in the AL in home runs with 36 in 2045, starred for Buffalo. He was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 5. Buffalo, at 31-27, is 2½ games up in the Alliance League Dimwits Division.

With Buffalo leading 7-3 in the bottom of the eighth, Nagy batted against St. Louis pitcher Joe Braun. Nagy hit a splitter to left-center for a 3-run home run. His 12th home run of the season put the Buffalo on top, 10-3.
