Los Angeles left fielder Zack Labb was sensational. He slugged 2 home runs. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Detroit beat the Kings, 7-3. The Pizzas lead the Alliance League Boneheads Division by 4 games.

Jason Irish, the Detroit third baseman, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth inning to make the score 3-2, Pizzas. For the game, Irish went 1 for 3 with a walk.

"It was a good night for them and a bad night for us," said Los Angeles manager Jim KP.
