Citti yielded 1 run over 7.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 8. His record improves to 14-4. Tanner Denny earned the save for Brooklyn, his 33rd of the year.
Danny White, who is a five-time All-Star, chipped in a run-scoring single for Brooklyn in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the shortstop had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.
"We had the game right there for the taking," said Yellowstone manager GM AtticaOnline. "But we decided not to take it."
