Blueberry Bulldogs Spill Wayfinders, 4-1

Sudbury and Waikiki duked it out and the Blueberry Bulldogs came out victorious.
Sudbury got a strong outing from George Wilson as the Blueberry Bulldogs defeated the Waikiki Wayfinders, 4-1, at Ballpark of Honolulu. Wilson picked up the win for Sudbury, going 6 innings. He gave up 1 run on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 13-12.
The Blueberry Bulldogs got a big at-bat from designated hitter Josh Freeland. For the game, Freeland was 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 39th home run of the season gave Sudbury a 2-0 lead.
"Anyone who says he's not out there thinking about personal accomplishments is not telling the truth," Freeland said later.
The defeat makes Waikiki 56-88.
