Red Storm Stumble, Lose to Archies
St. Louis starter Shuhei Ouchi ran into little resistance from Lansing hitters, as his team cruised to victory, 11-2. The win elevated the Archies to 84-52.

St. Louis shortstop Brian Nadeau contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the first. With two down, he hit a sinker to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 131st hit of the season and put the Archies ahead, 1-0.

"We'll need a much better effort, the next time out," said losing manager GM TDen.
