Good production from designated hitter Nick Koonts helped the Buffalo Buffalo topple the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs, 11-5. Koonts was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Buffalo. Buffalo currently is in third place in the Alliance League Dimwits Division at 66-71.

Jeremy Copeland had a clutch at-bat with no one out in the top of the sixth for the Buffalo. Coming up with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Buffalo trailing 4-3, he hit a 2-run single.
