The Arizona Desert Storm picked up a win at Desert Storm Stadium, knocking off the East Haddam Hyenas, 4-3. Starting pitcher Kevin Spencer was a big reason why. The Desert Storm now have a record of 78-57 with the win over East Haddam.

Eddie Garcia was the walk-off hero for Arizona. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Desert Storm left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's a thrill to get that kind of win," Spencer said.
