Desert Storm Defeat Yinzers in 11
The Arizona Desert Storm picked up a win at Desert Storm Stadium, knocking off the Pittsburgh Yinzers, 5-4, in 11 innings. Starting pitcher Terry Donohue played a key role in the triumph. Arizona is now 74-58, while Pittsburgh is 75-57.

The Desert Storm got a clutch hit from third baseman Bill Horning. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to left, to win the game for the Desert Storm.

"The fans went nuts at the end," Horning said.
