The Memphis Chicks picked up a win at Ballpark of Atlanta, dropping the Lansing Red Storm, 5-4. Gordon Krajancic was the difference-maker. Picking up the save was Bob Currell. He's now 1 for 3 in save chances. The second-place Chicks have won 4 straight.

Setsujiro Takahashi came through with a big-time hit for Memphis. The right fielder smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 5-4. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
