The Buffalo Buffalo besoiled an otherwise fine performance by Brooklyn second baseman Danny Ortiz by beating the Knights, 10-7, at Brooklyn Coliseum. Ortiz was 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Andy Pittman, who went 5 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 5 runs on 7 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 7. His record now stands at 2-3. Jimmy Miller recorded the save. In save chances, he's now 3 for 4.
