Buffalo Earn Win with Late Rally
The Buffalo Buffalo faced a tough opponent in Brooklyn pitcher Alejandro Rodriguez, but found a way to pull out the victory at Brooklyn Coliseum by a final score of 5-4 in 13 innings. Rodriguez went 5.1 innings and allowed 1 run. Eric Godin, the 17th overall pick in the 2037 draft, was the winner in relief. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Jaiden Randle. With the win over Brooklyn, the Buffalo improved to 59-65.

Buffalo used the clutch hitting of Arturo Quiroz to capture the win. The first baseman drilled a solo home run in the top of the 13th inning to put the Buffalo ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a big one.

"Took some scratching and clawing," said Quiroz. "But we got it done."
