The Dublin Porters and Lansing Red Storm rewarded fans hoping for a nail-biter.

Eddie Chavez had a good game, but he could not keep the Lansing Red Storm from falling, 9-8, to the Dublin Porters at Porters Ballpark. The Lansing second baseman was 3-5 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 4 in the loss. The Red Storm, now 15-36, have lost 6 in a row.

The Porters got a clutch hit from right fielder Gabriel Macias. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Porters.
