Getting an impressive start from Mike Rodriguez, Brooklyn beat Portland by the score of 3-2. The Knights now have a record of 21-28 with the win over Portland.

The Knights got a big at-bat from pinch hitter Daniel Lucio. For the game, Lucio went 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Brooklyn a 2-1 lead.
