Blueberry Bulldogs Get Clutch 5-4 Win

A 4-RBI performance from the 2045 Most Valuable Player Award winner Josh Deere helped the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs beat the Yellowstone Super Volcano, 5-4. The Blueberry Bulldogs now have a record of 22-25 with the win over Yellowstone.
Batting in the bottom of the ninth, 26-year old center fielder Jacob Jeffries had a real shot to win the game. Yellowstone pitcher Art Madsen was determined not to let it happen. But with two outs, Jeffries hit a run-scoring single. The Blueberry Bulldogs had a walk-off triumph.
"Josh throwing strikes, pounding the zone, that is exactly what you want to see," said Sudbury manager Coach John.
