The Brooklyn Knights handed the Lansing Red Storm an extra-inning, 6-4 defeat at Ballpark of Atlanta. Catcher John Espinosa starred for Brooklyn. He went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Zion Anthony notched his 7th save in 11 chances. The victory gives Brooklyn a record of 57-57.

Kenichi Kanzaki came through with a big-time hit for Brooklyn. The left fielder smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 5-4. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Espinosa told the Brooklyn Bulletin.
