The Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs beat the Los Angeles Kings, 12-6, at Bulldogs Ballpark. The win was due in part to first baseman Hugo Cabrera, who went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4. Shortstop Bob Saenz made an impact for Sudbury, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Jeremy Valentine in the bottom of the third. For the contest, Saenz went 1-4 with a double.
