Frick Leads Yellowstone Past Los Angeles
Sportsman's Park was the site of a true pitchers' duel.

Yellowstone pitcher Jack Frick had a large part in his team subduing the Los Angeles Kings, 1-0. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the left-hander. Ryan Podolsky recorded his 15th save for Yellowstone.

Frick made it look effortless. He scattered 2 hits over 8 innings, while racking up 8 strikeouts. The Yellowstone left-hander encountered little resistance from the Los Angeles hitters. His season record is now 4-2.

Frick told a Yellowstone Herald reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.

With the win, the Super Volcano hiked their record to 26-18.
