The Arizona Desert Storm defeated the Dublin Porters, 4-3, in Federation League action at Desert Storm Stadium. Arizona pitcher Ron Cook had a standout performance. Arizona reliever Esteban Vega was the winner. His record is now 3-1. Trenton Peterson took the loss. Arizona is 22-23 and Dublin, with the loss, 28-17.

The Desert Storm got a clutch hit from designated hitter Eddie Garcia. In the bottom of the 12th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Desert Storm.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Garcia said in his postgame press conference.
