The Osaka Takoyaki knocked off the Dublin Porters, 3-1, in Federation League action at Takoyaki Park. Osaka pitcher and Busan, South Korea, native Hyeok Kim had an outstanding performance. Osaka is now 15-28, Dublin 20-23.
Osaka took control in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Robert Escobedo hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Takoyaki.
"It's about putting our team in the best position to win ballgames," said Kim.
