Archies Win with Late Rally
The St. Louis Archies converted a terrific effort from starter Spencer Hay into a win over the Osaka Takoyaki at Team2 Ballpark. The Archies won the game by a final score of 2-1. St. Louis reliever Jesus Gutierrez picked up the win to move to 2-1. Ben Bosley suffered the loss. With the win, St. Louis upped its record to 27-15.

The Archies got a clutch hit from third baseman Jerry Rodriguez. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Archies.

"I'm happy we won," said Hay. "That's first and foremost. My goal is for the team to win the day I pitch, however it's done."
