Kings Earn Win with Late Rally
In a tight contest at Sportsman's Park, the Los Angeles Kings edged the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs by the score of 6-5. Los Angeles left fielder Zack Labb, who blasted 2 home runs, was a key contributor. Los Angeles reliever Ricardo Hernandez picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Willie Sevilla absorbed the loss. Los Angeles, at 19-19, occupies third place in the Alliance League Dimwits Division.

The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the ninth. With Los Angeles trailing 5-4, Labb jumped on a fastball from 30-year old right-handed pitcher Willie Sevilla and hit a 2-run home run to left. With one swing, the Kings had a walk-off win.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Labb said.
