Kings Lose to Blueberry Bulldogs in Walk-Off
The Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs needed 13 innings to beat the Los Angeles Kings, 5-4, at Bulldogs Ballpark. Hugo Cabrera, for one, had a fine performance. He went 6 for 7 with a double and 5 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The winner was Sudbury reliever Brett Richardson, now 5-7. The loser was Eric Casale. Sudbury is now 53-59, Los Angeles 48-63.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 13th inning, when Sudbury left fielder Tom Stanley, facing Eric Casale, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Blueberry Bulldogs the 5-4 win.

"This place was rockin'," Cabrera said.
