In a tight contest at The Nest, the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs edged the Hanoi Dragon Warriors by the score of 5-4. Sudbury third baseman Michel Carvalho, who blasted 2 home runs, was a key contributor. Earning his 22nd save of the year was Eric Barone. The second-place Blueberry Bulldogs now have a win-loss record of 55-58.

Had Carvalho not come through in the top of the seventh, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Carvalho hit a 2-run home run. The Blueberry Bulldogs took the lead, 5-4, and never looked back.

"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Hanoi manager Jim thevoicelesscreator.
