Archies Rally to Win
Sudbury got a big-time effort from pitcher George Wilson, but it wasn't enough to keep the St. Louis Archies from winning the game, 7-3. Wilson threw 7.2 innings of shutout ball for the losing team. Alex Harper notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. His record now sits at 2-0. St. Louis is now 68-43.

St. Louis won the game in part because of Josh Robertson. The designated hitter ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Archies ahead, 5-3. For the game, Robertson had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

Robertson attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
