Hanoi and Los Angeles duked it out and the Dragon Warriors came out victorious.

Casey Dawson was a major contributor to the 8-5 Hanoi win over Los Angeles. The Dragon Warriors designated hitter was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Noah Powell notched his 30th save of the season.

In the bottom of the seventh, the Dragon Warriors grabbed the lead when Dawson hit his 36th home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Jeremy Valentine made it 7-5, Hanoi.

"What we get, we earn," Dawson told the Hanoi Gazette.

Hanoi, at 59-50, holds down third place in the Alliance League Boneheads Division.
