The Dublin Porters did just enough to sneak past the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs, 5-4, at Porters Ballpark. Dublin shortstop Steve Barone, in particular, had a standout performance. Dublin is now 17-19, while Sudbury is 18-19.

Peter Thompson was the walk-off hero for Dublin. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Porters first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Dublin manager Hannah Porter said his team played a "no nonsense" game.
