Los Angeles picked up a win at Sportsman's Park, bumping off the Buffalo Buffalo, 4-3. Pitcher Jeremy Valentine was a major reason the Kings emerged victorious. Buffalo now is 0-4.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the 11th for Los Angeles. That's when Zack Labb hit a solo home run off 27-year old right-handed pitcher Glenn DePue to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"I was able to change speeds effectively tonight," said Valentine.
