Los Angeles Kings starter Steve Wilkerson turned in a top-notch performance against the Yellowstone Super Volcano at Sportsman's Park. The result was a win for the Kings, 3-1. Eric Barone earned the save for Los Angeles, his 3rd of the year. The Kings now have a record of 12-25 with the win over Yellowstone.

Los Angeles took a 2-1 lead on Lugh Hughes's 7th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Hughes hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Yellowstone pitcher Chris Wilson visibly frustrated.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Hughes said after the game.
