Knights LF Kanzaki has 4 hits in Win
|
The Brooklyn Knights finished off the Lansing Red Storm, 7-2. Much of the credit belonged to left fielder Kenichi Kanzaki. Kanzaki was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Knights. Brooklyn is 21-16 and Lansing, with the loss, 11-26.
Early in the game, Kanzaki had a run-scoring double for Brooklyn. It was his 8th double of the season and put the Knights on top, 2-1.
"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Kanzaki told the Brooklyn News.
