Thanks in large part to designated hitter Won-shik Im, the Arizona Desert Storm beat the St. Louis Archies, 10-4. Im went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. Ronaldo Sardinha was the winner. Over 6.2 innings, he yielded 4 runs on 11 hits, with 2 walks and 1 strikeout. With the win, Arizona raised its record to 52-47.
